Reference numbers of Copyright subscriptions:

You must make sure you read and understand what this legal contract means and defines. If you are a member or watch the videos respectively online as part of the general public then Avelx states clearly how you must act on the sites of WebAll. If there is any complication you must contact the site administer for immediate assistance, as being on this website without understanding will be dangerously unlawful even if you don't think your breaking the law. This site and all owned sites are under strict copyright and digital management apart from some media works. This will all be apparent in the statement below.

NOTE

The 'reference' text is only to ID the URL of the website and everything hosted on it. So if this contract has written Avelx for example it is referring to http://www. avelx.co. uk. Another example would be WebAll which is all the copyrighted website subscriptions that are clearly stated at the top. That means ALL of them.

They DO NOT indicate that they resemble anything bar from informing you about which website and copyright statements apply to a particular website.

You must in the understanding of all this note down that there is two copyright acts on website's of WebAll. These two will become apparent and you are pre-notified now about them.

ID - A peace of text for identification purposes for the individual who is reading this contract

Contract & Bindings

This is a legally binding contract but that doesn't contradict that it is still enforced. While using the sites WebAll the contract IS ENFORCED and will not be allowed for any kind of abuse or miss conduct. You must follow and stick to the guidelines but ONLY when using WebAll and also the contents of WebAll. This contract is binding due to the nature of the website, since the product is free and eligible for free and share alike use, it is binding through out the use of the product. This is only however for the 'products' and NOT DIGITAL MEDIA.

You may not abuse the fact it is not legally binding to share the product of WebAll. All of what 'legally binding' means is that it can never be broken without consequences. That means it is enforced when you access WebAll.

Due to rights of the creator it is only the product that is licensed under the creative commons, the site which is digitally created is fully copyrighted and it is binding that you never redistribute, display, share, license, sell, or save any element to your hard drive. It is fully copyrighted and rights have been reserved completely.

SO

So that you understand the here by temporary contract is placed upon the product. By the product is defined clearly as the video content that and only that has been placed on http://www.blip.tv . The binding contract is on the digital media that is found directly on the sites of the copyright WebAll. This means that if the content is hosted on the URL being displayed and is not third party it is fully and completely copyrighted.

Copyright on Digital Creation Rights

Under every website under the ID of WebAll Full copyright restrictions and is NOT released under the Creative Commons. All the designs are fully created by Lawrence and all digital works are a signature for his portfolio and website development. They are not subjected to any copyright under the creative commons but instead placed under full copyright protection.

The definition and what is under Digital Creation IS NOT:

• Video tutorial content

But what is defined as Digital Creation IS:

• Images (.jpg /or/ .png) and pictures created and displayed on sites of WebAll
• Site technology and development
• Animations and source files
• CSS and design assets
• Text and colour schemes
• Personal ideas and development
• Ideas and layout of the product

Privacy Policy

Every site listed under the license of WebAll is under this act of privacy policy and that IS AS STATED.

This site and all the other sites listed under the WebAll license has no intention of creating a threat or leak spam. Every site comply's with spam regulation and does not cross the line. Only site Avelx (http://www.avelx.co.uk) can mail to the members that have signed up. You may not at any time receive more than one email a week from the site Avelx.

Once you have signed up you CANNOT un-justify that you WILL receive one email per-week minimum. You agree that the site is only emailing you to notify the changes made to the site and what has been added to any of the sites licensed under WebAll. You understand that it is not junk it is just a part of the system and is not a spam or junk mail.

Personal Privacy

Lawrence Anthony Turton the web master of all the sites listed under WebAll has personal rights. You may not share any personal emails and or accuse him of spam. Lawrence follows and understands your personal affairs. This agreement here by makes you respect his personal privacy. The things that are deemed personal must stay private, these are and not limited to:

• Contact details
• Passwords
• Personal communication
• Personal views and opinions

Google Adsense Policy

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
